I made my own home-made bread for years, using a DAK bread making machine to make the dough, and finishing it off in the oven in a variety of pans. A friend turned us onto a new bread recipe, and we basically have not failed yet, after about 4-5 loaves. It looks good, and tastes good, and it is easy to make. You can find the recipe here.
